Ryan Wagman obituary: Ryan James Wagman, 20, passed away at Jefferson Hospital on Monday, October 28, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones, following injuries sustained in an accident.
Born on July 29, 2004, at Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill, Ryan was lovingly known as “Ryguy” to his mother. He attended Primos Elementary, Paxon Hollow Middle School, and graduated from Marple Newtown High School in 2022. Pursuing his passion for automobiles, he enrolled at the Universal Technical Institute for Automotive & Diesel and began his career as a mechanic at Sloane Toyota in Malvern.
Ryan’s early work experience in the dietary department at Arbour Terrace in West Chester, where he worked alongside his mother, sparked his love for cooking. He often used these skills to prepare meals for his family and friends. His interests extended to video games, cars, motorcycles, and biking, and he found comfort in the music of Zach Bryan. Known as a devoted big brother and a source of pride for his mother, Ryan’s memory lives on in the hearts of those he cherished.

Family and friends are invited to honor Ryan’s life on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Marvil Funeral Home, 1110 Main Street, Darby, PA. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m.
