Arriving in the Philippines in 1978, Charlton quickly established himself as a pioneering force in the salon industry. He began his journey as a manager at the Rever Salon in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and went on to launch David’s Salon Inc. in 1989, shaping it into one of the country’s most recognizable salon brands.
Charlton’s vision was to bring European hairstyling to the Philippines, delivering top-tier services at affordable prices. With over 200 locations nationwide, David’s Salon is renowned for its welcoming environment and commitment to quality.
