Chaim was last seen around 7 p.m. on Tuesday in the 900 block of Northeast Second Street, according to the Hallandale Beach Police Department. Due to his trusting nature, authorities believe he may be particularly vulnerable to manipulation and may be at risk of being targeted by criminals.
Investigators have described Chaim as having brown hair and brown eyes, standing approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing around 145 pounds, and having a slim build. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing gray pants and a long-sleeved black shirt.
