The incident took place around 10:06 p.m. in the 1500 block of Ennis Joslin Road, where Saenz was ejected from his motorcycle, leading to his death.
Reports indicate that Saenz lost control of his motorcycle while traveling northbound in the right lane. A witness approaching from a private drive observed Saenz being thrown from the bike after the collision.
Despite wearing a helmet, Saenz sustained fatal injuries and was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Corpus Christi Police Department’s traffic investigators determined that excessive speed played a significant role in the severity of the accident.
